This is a 45 story mixed use residential, retail and office complex
containing 306 apartments, 306 parking spaces, 14,000 square feet
of retail space and 10,000 square feet of office space. P & A Associates
is a co-developer with Clark Realty Capital of Bethesda, MD. The equity
investor is Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (now Morgan Stanley)
on behalf of an undisclosed investor. P & A's interest was sold in
June of 2005.
