Quarters M-7 is a 12,000 square foot brick building located in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The building was originally designed as residential suites for single officers and had a firing range in its basement. In partnership with The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, P&A rehabilitated the building into modern office space. The renovation included a three-story addition on the rear of the building in order to accommodate an elevator and second stair tower. The project was financed through a combination of debt and historic tax credits and is fully leased. P&A's headquarters are located in M-7.
