This is a striking architectural renovation of a 100,000 square foot industrial building into modern offices with adjacent ground for 100 car parking spaces. The renovation was completed in 1990 and the project is fully occupied with office tenants and entertainment uses. In December of 2005, the partnership interests were sold.
