This property (which is on the National Register of Historic Places) of approximately 252,000 square feet was acquired in 1986. P & A Associates was the general partner of this partnership. The historic renovation of this post and beam constructed property includes sandblasted wood beams and columns, a sky lighted atrium, four new elevators, new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems throughout, and a beautiful lobby. The property was sold in 2001.
