The Murano is a 43-story, luxury condominium with 302 apartments and 312 parking spaces at 2101 Market Street in Philadelphia. Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz of Chicago, the Murano contains approximately 351,000 square feet of net residential area and approximately 7800 square feet of retail space. Construction commenced March 20, 2006 and the building was opened in June of 2008. This is a joint venture of Thomas Properties Group and P&A Associates.
