1525-29 Locust Street Associates
This is a new 19 story "A" quality high rise office building containing
approximately 108,000 square feet of floor area. P & A was the general
partner in this partnership and Mortgage Investors Fund II Limited
Partnership was the limited partner. The building was completed in
December of 1989. The building has a level of quality in all of the
building systems equal to other "A" quality buildings in Philadelphia
such as One Liberty Place and Two Logan Square. It is leased to high
quality office tenants. P & A Associates was bought out of the partnership
in 1990. |
