1926 Arch Street Associates (CMS Building)
In 1981 this partnership, in which P & A was the general partner, purchased and completely rehabilitated a 46,000 square foot industrial style building at 1926-34 Arch Street in Philadelphia into modern architecturally distinguished office space. This property was developed with the partners of CMS Companies as investors and the building currently houses the CMS Headquarters as well as other office tenants. The CMS partners purchased the entire interest of P & A Associates in 1986.
