134 N. 13th Street Associates
In 1984 this partnership, in which P & A was the general partner, purchased a 100,000 square foot loft style industrial building at 13th and Cherry Streets in Philadelphia and commenced renovating it into office space. Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts offered to purchase the building in its partially renovated condition and agreed to hire the partnership to complete a turn key development of the building into an art school. The partnership agreed to the sale, completed the renovation and sold the building to the Academy in August of 1988.
