In June of 1996 this partnership acquired the empty former Silo corporate headquarters and distribution center at 70th & Lindbergh Boulevard in Philadelphia out of bankruptcy. The complex has 52,000 square feet of office space, 178,000 square feet of warehouse space and an 11,000 square foot retail store building. The property was rehabilitated and leased to office, industrial and retail tenants. P&A Associates is the managing general partner.
