located in Philadelphia at 2045 Wheatsheaf Lane. The building features
24-foot high ceilings, top quality construction and a location just
3 minutes from the new Aramingo Avenue entrance to I-95. It was purchased
from a lender with no tenants. The property is now fully leased.
