Aramingo & Butler Associates
In 1985 this partnership, in which P & A was a general partner, purchased a 4½ acre tract of land in the Aramingo Avenue retail corridor in Philadelphia and developed the property with a strip shopping center of approximately 70,000 square feet of retail stores. Drug Emporium was the lead tenant leasing 20,500 square feet. The project was sold in June of 1988. P & A was solely responsible for the development and leasing of the project.
